Liberty VUKA was an initiative that aimed to bring together thought leaders from different sectors of the global mainstream creative economy to create a single platform where they could exchange knowledge and ideas on how technology could be used to grow and scale businesses in the creative economy. The event was aimed at bringing together these innovators who are passionate about using technology as a means of becoming more efficient in their businesses.

The event was about partnering with some of the world’s leading futurists, innovators and business leaders to inspire and awaken society’s desire for knowledge and success. In 60th years of Liberty’s existence, the organisation understood the power of being able to harness knowledge to impact the world we live in, because knowledge on its own is useless, unless it can be applied to change people’s realities. The summit aligned perfectly with the Liberty and Two Tone’s purpose, which we were able to collectively fulfil by putting knowledge into action.
The Liberty Vuka event created PR and media value of over R28 Million, in relation to a R5 Million investment from client.

The campaign served to create visibility and drive engagement with key audiences as it was rolled out across multiple platforms including online media channels such as social media posts, blogs, news articles, articles on digital publications etc. It also included offline activities like events and meetings with influencers across key stakeholders such as business executives and key decision makers within companies who are driving innovation within their organisation and want to explore ways through which they can use technology to bring it faster & better results.
